The DCLR is an universal door striking device suitable for standard door locks
If operation with an electric door catch is required then part DCLR
is a fail (power off) secure catch
The optional electronic door release is compatible
with all Timeguard’s Door Entry Systems.
After ensuring your visiting party is welcome
the door release mechanism can be activated by
the door open button on the internal intercom
unit or phone monitor.
Installation is by way of a simple 2 wire connection.
The DCLR is operated by pushing the ‘Door Open’
button on the internal intercom or phone handset.
- Cable Not Included
- Maximum interconnect length between lock release and external intercoms:
up to 10mtrs using CA SPEAK Cable
up to 70mtrs using CA SPEAK42 Cable
- Fail Secure - remains locked in the event of a power failure but can still be opened in the normal way
