Absence Detection
Upon entering the room the person switches on the light as normal, but on leaving the detector switches off the lighting automatically. Lights can also be switched off manually.

Detectors will switch on lighting automatically when a person enters the room, and switches off lighting automatically when no movement is detected.

A IR10AB remote control is required to set up the sensor in absence detection mode.
The sensor can also be used as a presence detector (remote control not required when using the detector in presence mode).
Optional sensitivity, time on and light level activation adjustments can be made using the remote control. Light level adjustment can be used if you are daylight harvesting and do not wish the sensor to become operational until the room is sufficiently dark enough to warrant the lights coming on.
The surface detector can be installed in internal and external areas in presence detection mode, IP55 when fitted with a back box suitable for Besa Box mounting and has rear and side cable entries.
Ideal for use in external car parks, car ports and garages.
